Academic Year

By participating in the academic year program, you will reach perfect your German language skills and gain valuable insights into the German way of life.  At the end of the year you will truly be at home in Germany.  From the first snow to the first spring flowers, from the first day of school to the last, you will have had the complete German experience!

Semester Program

If you would like to improve your language schools and get to know Germany without missing an entire school year in your home country, our semester program is the perfect match for you.  You can decide whether you would like to come in the summer or in the spring – either way there will be a host family waiting to welcome you.

Herzlich Willkommen!  Berlin Welcome Weekend

Get to know Berlin and your fellow program participants at our orientation weekend!  For all academic year and fall semester students, we provide transportation, lodging and activities on a September weekend.  This is your opportunity to learn interesting facts about German customs, language, and people while exploring the fascinating capital city.
